Workshop Topics:

    As people attend Together for Prosperity workshops, they gain understanding of how the business operates, and how their actions directly impact the success or failure . Because we believe the future of American industry lies in working together for prosperity, the program uses the acronym TOGETHER as a formula for the workshop.

T-Teamwork

A fun exercise to understanding roles and responsibilities in the organization. An analogy is drawn between a sports team and a company, resulting in closing "the gap" between management and employees, and an understanding that
"we are the company".

O-Our Property

This topic addresses the implications of loss, damage, and negligence towards the company and equipment and assets. When the company loses, the employees lose. The same is true for the utilization of time and abilities.

G-Goals

Understanding profit as a result of achieving company goals, vital to the success of the company. When a company is profitable, there is prosperity for all.

E-Economics

The entire program is hands on, with a lot of interactive exercises. This topic is covered through utilizing a fun game that explains the impact of high expenditure, poor quality, and other company-specific losses.

T-The Customer

The topic brings understanding to all employees that everybody, irrespective if they have direct contact with the customer, or not, has an impact on customer satisfaction.

H-Human Resources

A powerful segment illustrating how employees are personally responsible for their own growth and value to the organization. This segment allows people to look at their own perceived value, and examine how they can become more valuable.

E-Effort

Extra effort is primarily to the advantage of the individual. In this section we address how the combined extra effort of each person leads to a better future.

R-Results

This topic summarizes the program, with the participants drawing the conclusion about how their actions will impact the organization , and their own success.
