Born and raised in South Africa, Dr Williams has an impressive record in the Training and
Development field. Her specialty is building commitment and dedication among front-line
employees to generate greater productivity and longevity for their organizations.
During her years in South African corporations, she developed an Organizational Development
program that was so successful that it has been implemented in 42 countries to over 500
organizations, including companies like Toyota, Coca-Cola and Miller Brewery. Toyota awarded
Dr. Williams the Best Practical Program award in 1994.
Today she consults and provides training solutions for American employers interested in building
more cohesive, enlightened and stable workforces. In addition, she also works with Leadership
who wish to improve their own abilities to be exceptional leaders. Her commitment is to ensure
improved bottom-line results for her client companies.
Dr Williams holds a Bachelors degree in Education from Rand Afrikaans University in
Johannesburg, and a Masters and Ph.D. from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
She is co-author of Workforce Stability, and still writes articles for business journals.
She is an accomplished speaker, and has addressed many diversified audiences, such as the South
African Production Inventory Control Society (SAPICS, a branch of APICS - American
Production Inventory Control Society), the Architectural Precast Association, BizLife Magazine,
to name a few.
She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, The Human Resources
Management Association and the National Business Association.
